Aubrey Millan
Director, Business Development
Aubrey has 20+ years of combined professional experience in Government, Cybersecurity, Software System Development, Finance, Sales, and Marketing. She spent most of her career in Business Development concentrating on Bid and Proposal Processes that cater to DoD, Intelligence Community, and National Security. She is a change champion promoting efficiencies and is experienced in implementing new applications and processes. She develops, qualifies, and executes operational sales and opportunity pipelines to drive profitable growth at AES.

Director, Employee Engagement and Processes
With seven years of experience in talent operations and management, Jessica is passionate about creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment for the employees of AES. Jessica leads the development and implementation of innovative strategies and programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and performance. Jessica also oversees the optimization and automation of the talent processes, such as recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
